At BDS Suspension, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
